The location to the White Mountains and North Conway shopping is the best reason to stay here.The free buffet breakfast is a welcome bonus and the all-day coffee is great. Even though it was a crowded Memorial Day weekend, the hotel did an amazing job keeping up with the busy breakfast area.We even saw a nice moment when one of the breakfast staff went out of her way to help an elderly veteran with his breakfast, bringing his coffee and food to his table. The staff was super friendly and the hotel parking lot is very well lit at night. From the hotel, you can drive north on Route 302 and you are at the base of Mt Washington in about 35 minutes. Bring a bathing suit to enjoy the water park which has extended hours, and seems to be the place to bring the kids for a fun time, with several water slides.

The smell of the chlorine from the indoor water park is strong at times in the hallway area.

Everything was superb-staff,rooms,breakfast,pool.

Uncomfortable matress

The rooms were nice and clean. Good breakfast options. Loved the Jack-n-Jill style rooms.

I didn't like that one of the staff members didn't know how to accept payment from a 3rd party booking site. We had to wait until the next day which was ok, but caused some unwanted stress.

Hotel staff & hotel itself went above & beyond again

1 couple who was above our room who thought it was OK to be rude, cried, nasty, noisy all the time.

Comfortable and updated rooms with a spacious king bed, a convenient fridge, and a pet-friendly policy. 🐾 Great location for a relaxing stay here!

I had a wonderful room with all the essentials, including a kids area, a jet tub, and a separate sink. the breakfast offered delicious options like smoothies, muffins, and a variety of waffle flavors. - the staff were all lovely and wonderful.

The room was spacious and bright. The water park was well kept and monitored. The staff were all super nice.

The dirty towels sitting outside someone's room all weekend. The windows were unlocked when we first got into our 4th floor room. We have young children that could easily fall out had they pushed open one of them. The eggs were kind of gross. They didn't look or taste real.

by and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in north conway, had much fun and met lovely and awesome staff in another member of staff bringing in her new born baby for everyone to look at. the location was super for traveling around north conway, near to popular activities and great food choices, downtown and many shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

Outstandingly accommodating and extremely polite team members

Great-sized and newly remodeled rooms. Very comfy beds. Nice hot and marvelous breakfast for all tastes. Decent variety and great value with hard boiled eggs.

The pool was surprisingly cool! The boys didn't seem to care but it wasn't comfortable!

Some rooms here come with a sleeper sofa, which is a nice touch. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the White Mountains for a few days of hiking and near some cool shops. 🏔️

The room was very clean. The overall hotel was quiet, even though there's a waterpark connected.

The free breakfast options were great, with fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and smoothies. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and the wake-up service was a nice touch.- Ironing was complimentary, which was very convenient.

It had great and lovely location, just off local attractions as well as a train station. The breakfast was hot and amazing with muffins and such as bonus waffle flavors and smoothies and frequently replenished.
